What is your cancellation policy?
Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will be processed without any fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $55
No-Shows
If our technician arrives and no one is available to grant access, or the appointment is missed without prior notice, a no-show fee of $55 may be charged.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice rescheduling (under 24 hours) may result in a rescheduling fee of $35, based on availability.
Recurring Services
For clients with recurring service agreements (monthly, quarterly, etc.), cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled service to avoid being charged.
Emergency or Weather-Related Changes
We understand that emergencies and severe weather happen. We’ll do our best to accommodate these situations without penalty when possible.
