Step 1: Inspection
STEP 1: Inspection: The first step would be giving us a call to set up an appointment for a technician to perform a proper Inspection of the structure of concern. First We must asses the damage done and the severity of the Rat or mouse problem. Our technicians always carry out a VERY thorough inspection, accessing the attic spaces/crawl spaces, the exterior of the structure is evaluated thoroughly. (ALL Our Technicians have the proper equipment and required training to work with all heights and roof types.) Once our technician have evaluated the structure, He or She will provide a Service Plan that is specific to you and your situation.
Step 2: Exclusion
STEP 2: EXCLUSION (RAT REMOVAL & SEALING UP): Once a start date that is convenient to you and your schedule has been established, technicians will begin the necessary Repair work & Rat Trapping accordingly. RAT EXCLUSION & TRAPPING: We (are specialists and we) will provide a permanent solution to your rat or mouse problem by determining all vulnerable entry points and sealing these areas of vulnerability with the RIGHT MATERIALS, & SEALED THE RIGHT WAY. STEP 3: CLEAN UP (SPOT CLEANUP & Deodorization & DISINFECTION): If your structure has had animal/s living within the attic spaces/crawl spaces etc., whether it was a bat, raccoon, squirrel, rat, or any other animal it is very important that every at risk property owner fully understands the health risks the fecal matter left behind by these animals pose to you and the others within the living space.
